Unified login is in the process of being applied to all users throughout September 2025.

Unified login
With the new Bloomreach unified login, all Bloomreach products can be accessed from a single URL. After successful login, you can navigate to either Engagement, Discovery, or Clarity. The Bloomreach Engagement Single Sign-On functionality continues to work unaffected by the unified login.

In the unified login, the region needs to be selected. If you do not know the region, refer to your Bloomreach invitation email or contact Bloomreach Support to learn the region where your products are hosted.

Note
If you have Two-step Verification enabled, Multi-factor authentication is now changed to be enforced per project rather than per role.
Engagement login
All Engagement users will use unified login as detailed in the Unified Login section above:
- Choose your region
- Navigate to your Engagement instance
Discovery login
As Bloomreach is migrating towards the unified platform, Discovery users will go through a new flow where you will be asked for a one-time password reset:

Then select your region:
If you opt to "Continue with Bloomreach unified login" then proceed as detailed in the Unified Login section above.
Multi-product login
Users who are subscribed to multiple Bloomreach products can proceed as detailed in the Unified Login section above. After successfully logging in, navigate to the corresponding products.
