Step 2: Understand the Use Case Logic

The banner is displayed to customers who came to your website, have not given marketing consent yet, have viewed at least two products in one website session, and have not seen the banner more than five times in their lifetime. The banner is displayed to customers who have not closed it in the past three days and those who have not seen it in the past 15 minutes already.
After submitting the banner questions, the customer is shown a ‘Thank you’ message with a discount code to incentivize purchasing.

Step 4: Test and Run the Use Case
When you are done adjusting the use case, we recommend to always test the use case before deployment. When testing, double-check if the use case design, copy, and settings work as preferred.

You should only deploy a use case after testing. Testing prevents sending unfinished or imperfect campaigns to your customer base.
Run the use case once the testing is over. When you open the banner, click the Start
button in the upper right corner to launch the campaign.

Step 5: Evaluate the Results
