Clone Jinja templates

This guide explains how to clone campaigns that use Jinja references across projects. Jinja templates let you create personalized campaigns that target specific audiences with personalized content.

Overview

When you clone a campaign or scenario from one project to another, the system automatically parses the Jinja code and replaces all references to definitions with new ones. Definitions and email blocks are cloned along with the campaign.

Clone a campaign with Jinja references

To clone a campaign with Jinja references to another project:

1. Open the campaign you want to clone.
2. Click the three-dot menu on the right side of the screen and select Clone to another project.

3. In the cloning window, select the target project where you want to clone the campaign.

4. Review the dependencies. If there are no conflicts or duplications, click Clone.

Your campaign is now available in the target project.
