Webhook preset

A webhook preset is a reusable webhook template that saves you from reconfiguring the same webhook settings across multiple Scenarios. Define it once, then reuse it wherever you need it — keeping your webhook configuration consistent and easier to maintain.

To create a webhook preset, go to Data & Assets > Integrations, click + Add new integration, and select Webhook preset. The setup process is the same as for a standard webhook. To create a widget webhook preset specifically, see Configure and implement widget webhooks.

Select Webhook preset from the Add new integration list under Data & Assets > Integrations.

Before you configure

Imports and exports

You can export and import webhooks across different instances. Encrypted parts of the webhook — such as secret headers, or usernames and passwords in legacy webhooks — aren't exported. The integration ID in webhooks using authentication integrations is also excluded. After importing into a new instance, add these parts manually.

Permissioned access to campaign event settings

Campaign settings now have permission-based access. Any changes to event mapping must be discussed with your Account Manager before proceeding.

Limitations

  • After updating a webhook preset, existing webhook nodes aren't updated automatically. Update each node manually to make sure it reflects the latest configuration.
  • When you update Basic Authentication credentials, you must also update the corresponding webhook preset manually.
