How to open Clarity back office
This guide explains how to open the Clarity back office interface.
Prerequisites
Technical setup
- Complete the Clarity integration.
- Import the product catalog in the correct format.
Permissions
“Clarity User” permission allows you to view transcripts and edit agents.
Open Clarity back office
Go to Clarity in the Bloomreach application interface.
The Transcript sub-section opens. All Clarity conversation records are available here.

The transcript sub-section shows all Clarity conversation records.
The Personas sub-section is next to the Transcript tab. This lists all the existing Clarity agents.

The personas sub-section allows you to set up and manage agents.
Switch between the two sections based on your permissions and tasks.
