Brevo

The following is a guide on how to integrate Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) with Bloomreach.

To improve on deliverability amongst Bloomreach clients, Brevo has been added as another Email Service Provider integration. Brevo is an email service provider that will be on par with other ESP integrations, that is, it will support all our features and use-cases.

How to set it up

1. Contact your CSM about setting up a new integration.
2. Bloomreach's email deliverability expert will get in touch to clarify the information needed for onboarding and provide you with DNS records to set up the subdomain.
3. Once the DNS records are set up, the email deliverability expert will validate and add the integration to your project.
4. To set this integration as the default one, go to Project settings > Channels > Emails.

5. You can now start sending the emails according to the instructions and the warm-up plan

• delivered
• soft_bounced
• hard_bounced
• complained
• preblocked (invalid_email & blocked)

You can make Brevo your default email integration. To do so, edit the default email settings after you integrate with Brevo.

Avoid reusing mail API keys across integrations

Bloomreach lets you reuse the same mail API key across multiple integrations, even across different projects. Avoid this, because every integration that shares an API key also shares a single mail provider webhook for tracking delivered campaign events.
