Campaigns
The campaign tools give you a framework for communicating with customers using your data. You can send personalized messages to specific customer segments, or directly change the layout and content of your website to match their individual needs.
Access campaigns
To access the campaign tools, click Campaigns in the left navigation menu.

ImportantInactive campaigns are automatically archived after 30 days. They move from the live view to the archived view in the campaign list. They aren't deleted.
