Gmail has a preview tool that checks your annotations before you send emails. This tool helps you:

- See how your annotations look in the Promotions tab.

Understand testing limitations
- Gmail doesn't guarantee your annotations will show. This happens even when you set everything up right.
- Testing in real inboxes is tricky. Annotations don't show for single email tests, and you need to send to many recipients.
- Annotations might take time to appear after you send emails.

- Expired dates in annotations.
