Email revenue dashboard use cases

Using the metrics and definitions in the Email revenue dashboard, you can gain insights into the following situations:

Campaign comparison

You're launching a new email campaign and want to see how it performs compared to previous ones. Use the Email campaigns performance report to track revenue generated by each campaign side-by-side.

Monitoring email revenue trends

You observe a decline in overall email revenue. Investigate how your content affects the AOV. If there's a decrease in email AOV, compare it to the overall AOV in the Project revenue tab. If a mismatch occurs, consider revising your email strategy or content.

Conversion optimization

To boost the number of email recipients who become customers, examine the Receivers Conversion Rate (CR) and Engaged CR . These metrics indicate how effectively your emails are converting. Use this information to optimize your messaging and calls to action.

Buyers retention

You want to understand how much revenue each customer brings in. Assess Revenue per buyer to see the average value of each customer and create targeted email campaigns to encourage repeat purchases.

Email marketing return on investment (ROI)

You need to justify the investment in email marketing. Use the Email revenue share metric to show how much of the overall revenue is generated by your email campaigns.
