Preview tab - Scenario flow preview before execution

Before launching a scenario, preview how customers are expected to flow through the nodes based on your defined conditions. Click the Preview tab above the canvas.

Test and preview

The test simulates the campaign as if executed immediately, considering all policies, A/B splits, consent settings, and other factors. Remember, this is only an estimate, and the actual flow may change once the scenario is activated.

For an "On event" trigger, estimating the scenario flow is not possible due to its unpredictability and reliance on incoming events after activation. To approximate customer flow through conditions, insert the "Now" trigger and replace it before launch.

Limitation to Customer limit node preview

The scenario preview uses probabilities to show how customers pass through the limit node. This can be imprecise, especially with large audiences. In real execution, the limit won't be exceeded unless a reset is set.

For example, if the limit is 10 customers, no more than 10 will pass, no matter what the preview shows.
