The 'Post-Purchase Email With Recommendations consists of personalized emails to buyers who purchased 14 days ago, giving them a voucher for their next purchase and promoting the best-selling products.
After making a purchase, this scenario is built to wait 14
days before contacting the customer with a purchase follow-up email. First, to not break the GDRP rules, we check if a customer has emailing
consent. If that is true, the customer must pass these conditions to receive an email: a customer didn't purchase in the last 14 days or cancel their original order. The email frequency is limited to one email per 7 days.
The email content displays 2 products based
on the recommendation engine [LPFU] Most bought products in last 30 days
. The most bought products in the last 30 days are based on the purchase_item data.

Step 4: Test and Run the Use Case
