Clarity data sources

This article guides you on how to add general knowledge data sources to improve the agent’s accuracy and response quality. Add data about your brand, for example:

  • FAQs
  • Return policies
  • Size guides
  • Blog posts
  • Privacy details
  • About us content

Why does Clarity need data about your brand?

These data sources help Clarity:

  • Answer general operational questions like “Can I return the product if I’m unsatisfied?”. Clarity uses your return policy to respond.
  • Enhance answers to product-related questions. Clarity adds relevant information like available sizes (using your size guide) and what’s trending (using your blogs).
