  • Definition of Purchase event - Adjust the purchase definition in the segment to match the successful purchase tracking in your project.
  • Customer Segmentation 1 - Check the consent in all segments to verify that it matches the newsletter consent in your project.
  • Customer Segmentation 2 - Adjust the consent to match emailing/newsletter consent in the segment ‘Unconverted Subscribers.’
  • RFM Segmentation - Map the segmentation to the RFM segments in your projects. Deploy the RFM segmentation from the Use Case Center if needed.
  • RFM Report 1 - Map the RFM segmentation in your project to the rows in the Drill down section. Deploy the RFM segmentation from the Use Case Center if needed.
  • RFM Report 2 - Map the RFM segmentation in your project to the rows in the Drill down section. Deploy the RFM segmentation from the Use Case Center if needed.
