Set up your brand kit
Your brand kit tells Marketing agent how your messages should look and sound, so you don't repeat it in every prompt. It lives in Marketing agent's memory and applies to everything you build together.
What's in a brand kit
- Brand guidelines and logo: colors, fonts, and tone of voice.
- A few base templates: for each, note which parts stay fixed and which can change.
- Content blocks: for each, add a when-to-use rule, such as "Use this block for sale announcements."
Choose how much design control you want
- Brand kit only. Marketing agent creates new designs from your guidelines.
- Existing templates as inspiration. Marketing agent learns from your templates and creates something new.
- Reuse templates and blocks. You tell Marketing agent exactly what to use.
Marketing agent reuses only the templates and blocks you name in a prompt or save in memory. It doesn't search your template library on its own, because it can't tell which theme or brand a template belongs to. In memory, be specific about when to use each template.
Share your existing templates
You can give Marketing agent a template three ways. They differ in how closely the result matches your design:
| Input | What Marketing agent gets | Result |
|---|---|---|
| HTML | The HTML code and a preview, used to extract the layout and styles. | Template rebuilt in the Visual builder format. Layout, look, or custom code might appear slightly different. |
| Screenshot | An image of the email. | The look is recreated, but fonts, font sizes, padding, and exact styles are estimated. |
| Visual builder template/block | The template's full details. | The closest match. Marketing agent imports it as is and edits it in place. |
HTML blocks from Asset manager are inserted as references, so you manage their content in one place.
Import brand guidelines from a PDF
Upload a PDF (up to 32 MB per file) and ask Marketing agent to set up your brand kit. It shows what it found for your review before saving.
Marketing agent looks up the fonts named in the PDF in Google Fonts.
I've uploaded our brand guidelines. Set these up for the project.
Limitations
- No web access. Marketing agent can't read your website or online brand guidelines. Upload them as a file instead.
- Fonts come from memory. Marketing agent loads fonts from its memory, not your Marketing project settings. Add a custom font to memory to use it.
- Changes apply to new content only. Brand kit updates apply to content you create afterward. To update existing campaigns, regenerate their content.
