Audience clustering
Audience clustering groups customers with similar needs, so Marketing agent can create a content variant for each group. Marketing agent suggests it when a message would benefit.
How it works
- Marketing agent suggests clustering early, once it knows your target audience and sees the job needs creative. That's before any content exists.
- It never starts clustering on its own. Clustering takes time, so you accept the suggestion first.
- It suggests clustering only when the audience is large enough and has history. A small or narrowly scoped audience doesn't get the suggestion.
- You agree the audiences before Marketing agent creates content. You can change them afterward, but that's slower.
- You can bring your own audiences: an existing segmentation, a rule such as "favorite brand," or a list.
- You can decline. Marketing agent then builds one version of the content.
- Approved audiences become variants of one block. If you merge 2 audiences later, only the affected variant is regenerated.
