Email engagement dashboard
Email engagement dashboard is part of the Channel performance dashboards within Performance dashboards. It provides a clear overview of your email campaign performance, including metrics such as:
- Delivery rate
- Open rate
- Click through rate
- Conversions
With these, you can evaluate the effectiveness of your email marketing and identify areas for improvement.
Access the dashboard
To access the dashboard, follow these steps:
- Click Overview > Channel Performance .
- Select Email.
- Click the Engagement tab.
The dashboard displays automatically generated insights from Bloomreach Engagement.

Why delivery rates sometimes exceed 100%
You might occasionally see delivery rates exceeding 100%. This happens because the metric relies on enqueued and delivered campaign statuses. If the expiration date for one of these statuses is set sooner, it can affect the calculation. This edge case can occur when enqueued events from different action nodes trigger almost simultaneously with no delivered status recorded between them. This reporting anomaly reflects the technical nature of how campaign events are processed.

Here are some examples to help you use the dashboard for email channel evaluation:
Campaign comparison
You're launching a new email campaign and want to see how it performs compared to previous ones. Use the Email campaigns engagement table to track key metrics such as Sent emails, Delivered emails, Opened emails, and Clicked emails for each campaign side-by-side.
Diagnose deliverability issues
You notice a sudden drop in the delivery rate for a specific email campaign. Use the Delivery rate metric to see if email provider issues or outdated contact lists might be the cause.
Monitor engagement over time
You want to track how your audience interacts with your emails over time. Use the Unique open rate and Unique click-through rates to see if your email marketing strategy is improving and how engaged your subscribers are.
Improve low-performing campaigns
You want to optimize your email marketing efforts and focus on high-performing campaigns. Use the Email campaigns engagement table to identify campaigns with low Opened emails, Clicked emails, or Conversion rates compared to your other campaigns.
