Check scenarios after launch

The Evaluate tab shows how customers move through your scenario flow. It's available once a scenario is active or has been active, and it shows current movement for running scenarios and past movement for stopped ones.

The Evaluate tab includes these sub-tabs:

• View tab
• Click map
• Results tab
• Email campaign results

View tab

In the View tab, hover over the scenario nodes to see:

• If the scenario is active and running: How customers are passing through the flow in real time.

• If the scenario is inactive and stopped: How customers passed through the scenario from start until it was stopped.

The View tab gives you a quick overview of scenario execution. It helps you troubleshoot when customers unexpectedly get stuck or when errors or aborts occur in action nodes. Hover over each node to see how many customers entered, completed, or got stuck.

Click map

The Click map provides click heatmaps for analyzing customer interactions with your email campaign.

Results and email campaign results

In the Evaluate tab, click Email campaign result to open the out-of-the-box dashboard. It contains all key metrics for evaluating your email campaign or comparing conversions within your A/B testing.
