Integrations

Connect Bloomreach to the third-party tools your business already relies on. Whether you're sending emails, syncing customer data, or running retargeting campaigns through Facebook, Google, or AdForm—integrations are how you make it happen.

To view your integrations or add a new one, go to Data & Assets > Integrations.

Find an integration

Use the left navigation bar to browse setup guides for each integration. If the platform you're looking for isn't listed, check the the Bloomreach Integrations overview for a full compatibility list.

Can't find what you need? You can connect Bloomreach with virtually any third-party platform. See Custom integrations for details.

Set up an integration in the app

Some integrations—for example, BigQuery and Google Cloud Storage—have their setup documentation built into the app. To set these up:

  1. Go to Data & Assets > Integrations and click + Add new integration.
  2. Select your integration and click + Add integration.
  3. Follow the in-app instructions.

Permissioned access to campaign event settings

Campaign settings now require permission-based access. Any changes to mapping must be discussed with your account manager first.
