Integrations

Bloomreach Engagement allows you to integrate your project with third-party systems. Integration is required for sending emails or retargeting through Facebook, Google, and AdForm.

If you want to integrate Bloomreach Engagement with a platform that is not listed in the navigation bar, you can check the compatibility in the Bloomreach Integrations overview.

To see your integrations or create a new one, head to Data & Assets > Integrations.

Use the navigation bar on the left side to find a guide to each integration. We are working on bringing you more integrations.

Permissioned Access to Campaign Event Settings

Campaign settings now have permission access. Any change to mapping can be executed only after a discussion with Account Managers.

Can't find the integration you're looking for? You can integrate Bloomreach Engagement with virtually any third-party platform. See Custom integrations for more information.

In-app documentation

For some integrations (for example, BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage for Imports and Exports) you can find the setup process for the integration in the Bloomreach Engagement App. For such integrations:

1. Go to Data and Assets > Integrations and press + Add new integration
2. Choose the integration and press + Add integration.
3. Follow the in-app documentation.
