Unable to Add New Users


IAM admins are unable to add new users.

Debugging Steps

To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:

  1. Check if the user email id already exists in the system.
  2. Check if the user was created in the past and accidentally deleted.
  3. If the issue still persists, raise a ticket on the Bloomreach Support Portal with the API call.
