The UI of a thematic page is as expected.

Debugging Steps

To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:

  1. Contact your technical team and check if it is a HTML or JSON thematic.
    a. If it is a JSON thematic, your technical team can fix the UI issue.
    b. If it is an HTML thematic, raise a ticket on the Bloomreach Support Portal with the API, screenshot and the thematic page details.
