Past Purchase Widget Missing


Past purchase widget is not showing up on the cart page.

Debugging Steps

To make Past Purchases work on your live site, follow the steps below:

  1. Pixel Integration: Check in the pixel monitor for pixel alerts. Note that the User_ID param is passed to track users. Refer to this document to validate Pixel.
  2. If pixels are fine, raise a ticket on the Bloomreach Support Portal and include the User_ID parameter.
