Feed processing failure in staging or production.

Debugging Steps

To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:

  1. Contact your technical team to get the following information:
  • Are there any changes in the feed?
  • What is the run number?
  • Are there any new values?
  • Are there any formatting changes like separators, encoding, crumbs, etc.?
  • Are there any increases in the feed like attributes, fields, product IDs, SKU variants, crumbs, etc.?
  1. Raise a ticket on the Bloomreach Support Portal.
