Feed ingest/update job failure.
To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:
- Contact your technical team to get the following information:
- Are there any changes in the feed?
- What is the job ID?
- Did you retry the job?
- Are there any new values?
- Are there any formatting changes like separators, encoding, crumbs, etc.?
- Are there any increases in the feed like attributes, fields, Product IDs, SKU variants, crumbs, etc.?
- Raise a ticket on the Bloomreach Support Portal.
