  2. Check if the relevance by segment parameter is passed correctly.
  3. Check if the relevance by segment parameter is passed in the pixel.
  4. Check if the segment parameter is added to the dashboard wherever the rule is checked.
  5. Refer to the documentation:
  6. Once you have verified the above steps without any result, raise a ticket on the Bloomreach Support Portal and include the PIDs where you see discrepancies and the API call.
