Rules are not reflecting in the created audience.
To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:
- Check if the audience is created correctly in the dashboard.
- Check if the rule is correctly associated with the audience.
- Check if there are any external rules on the audience.
- Contact your technical team for the API call and check if the audience parameters created on the dashboard is respected on the API call.
a. If yes and the ranking rule is respected in the API response, advise your technical team to investigate further.
b. If yes and the ranking rule is not respected in the API response, raise a ticket on the Bloomreach Support Portal with the API call.
