There are pixel errors on the pixel monitor.

Debugging Steps

To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:

  1. Contact your technical team for pixel validation using the Bloomreach Pixel validator.
  2. Advise your technical team to fix any issues they find after they run the validator. The pixel monitor gets updated once the issue is fixed. Refer to the pixel documentation for more information.
  1. If the issue still persists, raise a ticket on the Bloomreach Support Portal.
