Debugging Steps

To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:

  1. Contact your technical team to get the API call and check if the X-BR-Response-Time value in response headers. This parameter gives the response time from Bloomreach.
  2. Check if API call has more numbers of FQs for 4xx errors.
  3. Raise a ticket on the Bloomreach Support Portal.
