To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:
Contact your technical team to get the API call and check if the X-BR-Response-Time value in response headers. This parameter gives the response time from Bloomreach.
Check if API call has more numbers of FQs for 4xx errors.
Raise a ticket on the <a href="https://support.bloomreach.com" target="_blank">Bloomreach Support Portal</a>.
