IAM admins are unable to add new users.
# Debugging Steps
To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:
Check if the user email id already exists in the system.
Check if the user was created in the past and accidentally deleted.
If the issue still persists, raise a ticket on the <a href="https://support.bloomreach.com" target="_blank">Bloomreach Support Portal</a> with the API call.
