# Debugging Steps

To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:

  1. Verify on the dashboard if the newly created synonyms are synced properly.

  2. Select the view to view the correct sync status colour. Refer to the below to check:

    • Green: Synced

    • Grey: Not Synced

    • Yellow: Waiting to be Synced

  3. Refer to the <a href="https://documentation.bloomreach.com/discovery/docs/synonyms-dashboard-operations#view-synonyms" target="_blank">documentation</a> for more details on synonym sync.

  4. Raise a ticket on the <a href="https://support.bloomreach.com" target="_blank">Bloomreach Support Portal</a> and include the synonym details.
