# Debugging Steps
To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:
Check if the dashboard rule is created correctly.
Check if there are any external influences such as an “include only” or an “exclude only” rule that might be omitting any products.
Check if the product OOS is not sent in the feed.
Contact your technical team for the API call and if the issue is reproducible in the response. a. If yes, raise a ticket on the <a href="https://support.bloomreach.com" target="_blank">Bloomreach Support Portal</a> and include the API call. b. If not, advise your technical team to debug further.
