Check the dashboard rule if the scheduling is done correctly.
Check if there are any external/global rules in the same time interval.
Check if the scheduling rules are causing any conflicts.
Contact your technical team to check if the API call matches the scheduled rule: a. If yes, advise your technical team to debug further. b. If not, raise a ticket on the <a href="https://support.bloomreach.com" target="_blank">Bloomreach Support Portal</a> and include the API call.
