Synonyms Sync Issue

Problem

To check the sync status of newly created synonyms

Debugging Steps

To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:

  1. Verify on the dashboard if the newly created synonyms are synced properly.
  2. Select the view to view the correct sync status colour. Refer to the below to check:
    • Green: Synced
    • Grey: Not Synced
    • Yellow: Waiting to be Synced
  3. Refer to the documentation for more details on synonym sync.
  4. Raise a ticket on the Bloomreach Support Portal and include the synonym details.
