Slotted Products not Returned in Correct Order
The slotted products are not returned in the expected order.
To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:
- Check if the dashboard rule is created correctly.
- Check if there are any external influences such as an “include only” or an “exclude only” rule that might be omitting any products.
- Check if the product OOS is not sent in the feed.
- Contact your technical team for the API call and if the issue is reproducible in the response.
a. If yes, raise a ticket on the Bloomreach Support Portal and include the API call.
b. If not, advise your technical team to debug further.
