- Check if the relevance by segment parameter is passed correctly.
- Check if the relevance by segment parameter is passed in the pixel.
- Check if the segment parameter is added to the dashboard wherever the rule is checked.

- Once you have verified the above steps without any result, raise a ticket on the Bloomreach Support Portal with the API call.
