Relevance by Segment Dashboard Query

Problem

The dashboard is not matching the live site due to relevance by segment

Debugging Steps

To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:

  1. Contact your technical team for the API call.
  2. Check if the relevance by segment parameter is passed correctly.
  3. Check if the relevance by segment parameter is passed in the pixel.
  4. Check if the segment parameter is added to the dashboard wherever the rule is checked.
  5. Refer to the documentation:
  6. Once you have verified the above steps without any result, raise a ticket on the Bloomreach Support Portal with the API call.
