Scheduled rules are not taking effect on the live site as expected.
To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:
- Check the dashboard rule if the scheduling is done correctly.
- Check if there are any external/global rules in the same time interval.
- Check if the scheduling rules are causing any conflicts.
- Contact your technical team to check if the API call matches the scheduled rule:
a. If yes, advise your technical team to debug further.
b. If not, raise a ticket on the Bloomreach Support Portal and include the API call.
