Scheduled rules are not taking effect on the live site as expected.

Debugging Steps

To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:

  1. Check the dashboard rule if the scheduling is done correctly.
  2. Check if there are any external/global rules in the same time interval.
  3. Check if the scheduling rules are causing any conflicts.
  4. Contact your technical team to check if the API call matches the scheduled rule:
    a. If yes, advise your technical team to debug further.
    b. If not, raise a ticket on the Bloomreach Support Portal and include the API call.
