Feed indexing failure in staging or production.

Debugging Steps

To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:

  1. Contact your technical team to get the following information:
  • Are there any changes in the feed?
  • What is the run number?
  • Is there a drop in PID, URL, SKU, etc. in the feed? If yes, was the drop expected?
  1. Raise a ticket on the Bloomreach Support Portal.
