Feed indexing failure in staging or production.
To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:
- Contact your technical team to get the following information:
- Are there any changes in the feed?
- What is the run number?
- Is there a drop in PID, URL, SKU, etc. in the feed? If yes, was the drop expected?
- Raise a ticket on the Bloomreach Support Portal.
