Problem
Get Channels API call in Site Management API is not returning all the channels created
Debugging Steps
To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:
- Login into SaaS sandbox, go to Experience Manager and create a channel.
- Check if the channel is returned in the Get Channels Site Management API call to check if the created channel is returned in the API response.
- If it is not returned in the API response, ensure a dev project is assigned with the channel.
- Now test the Get Channels Site Management API to check in the dev project if the channels are returned along with the its parameters.
