Problem

Get Channels API call in Site Management API is not returning all the channels created

Debugging Steps

To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:

  1. Login into SaaS sandbox, go to Experience Manager and create a channel.
  2. Check if the channel is returned in the Get Channels Site Management API call to check if the created channel is returned in the API response.
  3. If it is not returned in the API response, ensure a dev project is assigned with the channel.
  4. Now test the Get Channels Site Management API to check in the dev project if the channels are returned along with the its parameters.
