Link Directly to a Document in Bloomreach Content

Goal

Create a shareable direct link to a document in Bloomreach Content.

Background

Sometimes it's useful to be able to create a direct link to a document in Bloomreach Content and share this link through, for example, e-mail. Anyone with access to Commerce Experience Cloud can then click the link to load the Content application and open the document.

Link to a Path

You can use the following URL pattern to directly link to a document in Bloomreach Content:

https://[BRX_URL]/cms/content/path/[PATH]

[PATH] represents the absolute repository path to the document. To determine the URL, navigate to the document in Bloomreach Content, and copy the URL from the browser's address field.
