Segment-Based Content Personalization
The segment-based content personalization feature allows you to personalize content for specific customer segments.
Segment-based content personalization integrates with Bloomreach Engagement or with any external Customer Data Platform:
- The Bloomreach Engagement integration automatically synchronizes segmentations managed in Engagement. The SPA SDK supports segmentation using Engagement out-of-the-box for easy frontend implementation.
- The Customer Data Platform integration can import segmentations from any CDP in a generic JSON format. The SPA SDK supports segmentation using an external CDP through a cookie for easy frontend implementation.
