Data hub imports
Welcome note
Data hub is our new upgraded platform, which we rolled out in August 2025. It offers a single unified integration for passing your data through to your Bloomreach products.
You have access to Data hub if you've implemented with Bloomreach after August 2025.
Customers who have implemented before August 2025 should follow the existing documentation for Engagement, Discovery, and Clarity.
This guide introduces you to Data hub imports.
What are Data hub imports
Data hub imports let you send your product and variant data into Bloomreach items. Imports ingest raw, unstructured, flat-file source data records from multiple sources. The raw records later transform into structured items, which are then delivered to Bloomreach products like Engagement, Discovery, or Clarity.
Why are Data hub imports important
Imports help you:
- Centralize product and variant data to power Bloomreach’s personalization, search, and recommendation engines.
- Keep catalogs up-to-date and consistent across channels by automating data feeds.
- Prepare, map, validate, and ingest data flexibly.
- Scale seamlessly for large catalogs via direct connections to enterprise data warehouses.
Supported import types
