Data hub rollout

Data hub provides new unified API integration methods for sending data to multiple Bloomreach products. Access is being rolled out in phases. For new implementations, we recommend using Data hub where available. Existing product-specific integrations remain fully supported for Engagement, Discovery, and Clarity.

Logging into multiple systems with different credentials is time-consuming and increases security risks. Unified login gives you access to all Bloomreach products—Engagement, Discovery, Clarity, and Data hub—through a single URL with one set of credentials.

Important

  • Engagement and/or Clarity login is being upgraded to unified login automatically by Bloomreach. Your support contacts will send a notification when this change will affect users from your organization. This transition is already underway. For customers with an existing SSO setup, this continues to work without any changes. For information about SSO configuration, see Unified SSO administration.
  • Discovery and/or Content SaaS users that store passwords with Bloomreach will also be upgraded automatically to unified login using a phased rollout process. For customers with an SSO setup, an upgrade process will be required before your organization can use Bloomreach unified login. Your organization's support contacts will share tailored instructions for your situation as part of the gradual rollout process.

Engagement login

Engagement users have two ways to access unified login:

Option 1: Use your instance URL

Navigate directly to your Engagement instance URL. No region selection or instance ID required.

Option 2: Use regional login page

If you know which region your Engagement instance operates in, use the regional login page directly:

If you know your instance ID, you don't need any additional information.

Discovery login

As Bloomreach migrates to the unified platform, Discovery users will transition from using the current login flow to the new, unified login flow.

Unified login experience for Discovery

  1. Discovery login page: If you don't have an active session for the Discovery product, you'll be redirected to the login page. Users that have not transitioned to unified login can continue to use the username and password prompts on the center-left as before. Users configured for unified login should click Continue with Bloomreach unified login.

  1. Region selection: Choose the region where your Discovery account is deployed from the list.

  1. Continue with login: You'll be directed to a region-specific login page, where you will be presented with Google, SAML, and email / password options as in the image at the top of this page.
  2. (Optional) Bookmark your regional login page: You may also navigate directly to your region-specific login page to skip the first 2 steps in the future.

Multi-product landing page

If you use multiple Bloomreach products, log in once and navigate freely between products using the product switcher in the top-left of every page, or return to your personalized landing page that lists all Bloomreach products for which you have access. No additional authentication is required.

Important changes

If you have Two-step verification enabled, Multi-factor authentication is now enforced per project rather than per role. This gives you more control over where additional security is required.
