Welcome note

Data hub is our new upgraded platform, which we rolled out in August 2025. It offers a single unified integration for passing your data through to your Bloomreach products.

You have access to Data hub if you've implemented with Bloomreach after August 2025.

Customers who have implemented before August 2025 should follow the existing documentation for Engagement, Discovery, and Clarity.

Process

Steps to view and explore records

Verify that your records arrived correctly.

  1. Go to Data hub > Items in your Bloomreach workspace. 

  2. Locate and open the existing item collection from the item collections listing page.

  3. Click the Records tab.

  4. Review the record tiles showing record IDs, last update times, and field snippets.

  1. Click any tile to see the list view or the complete JSON structure.

  2. For products with variants, click the nested variant tabs to see each variant record.

Records show your raw data exactly as you sent it. These records remain flexible and schema-less until you configure mappings. Click the More details icon to view which job created/modified the product and variant records.
