Application use for Bloomreach products
The following sections outline how to manage your product and non-product data across Bloomreach applications based on the Bloomreach products you purchased.
Send and manage product data
Data hub application

Use the Item collections API or Data hub Imports to send product data.

Use the Item collections UI to manage products and variants as items, and set up item attributes (name, attribute type, data type).
Bloomreach Engagement application
Use the Catalogs feature to manage attributes' searchable settings.
Bloomreach Discovery application
Use Catalog management API v3 or the Catalogs application to:
- Update Discovery-specific catalog settings.
- Manage facetable, searchable, and displayable settings.
- Check the indexing job status via the application.
- Explore items via the Core Search API via the application.
Send and manage non-product data
Bloomreach Engagement application
For other item types like customer, event, and voucher data, use the following features in the Engagement application:

Data hub Event streams for tracking customers and events from organic traffic.

Manage administration across Bloomreach products
Unified administration provides centralized management of users, authentication, and security across all Bloomreach products if you implemented after August 2025.
Unified administration
Manage the following administrative functions:

Login: Access all Bloomreach applications through a single login portal with region selection. Learn about Unified login and review common login issues.

User management: Manage users, roles, and permissions across Engagement, Discovery, Clarity, and Data hub from one centralized interface. See Unified user management for details on adding users, exporting users, and setting custom roles.
