Data hub rollout

Data hub provides new unified API integration methods for sending data to multiple Bloomreach products. Access is being rolled out in phases. For new implementations, we recommend using Data hub where available. Existing product-specific integrations remain fully supported for Engagement, Discovery, and Clarity.

Specifies the time needed for re-stocking of the product from the supplier.

The lead time attribute represents the number of days or time units required to
replenish inventory from the supplier when the product is out of stock.
This value is typically expressed as a numeric string (e.g., "7" for 7 days, "14" for 2
weeks). This attribute is essential for inventory management and customer expectation
setting.

Reserved Attribute Name: lead_time

Used for:

  • Back-in-stock notification timing and messaging

  • Abandoned cart recovery with availability timeline information

  • Pre-order and waitlist campaign automation

  • Certain plug and play use cases that require lead time information

The lead time attribute enables Engagement to provide intelligent messaging about
product availability and set appropriate customer expectations in automated
communications. It is particularly useful in plug and play scenarios where automated
workflows need to consider restocking timelines.

Discovery

Reserved Attribute Name: N/A

Lead time is not currently utilized by Discovery application.
