Value must be a float ≥ 0 with maximum 2 decimal precision.
No currency symbols, commas, or text allowed.
The value represents the cost in the catalog's base currency.

If the product has variants:

cost_per_unit should only be supplied at the variant level for those variants
Product-level cost_per_unit will be ignored when variants are present
Each variant should have its own cost_per_unit value if applicable

This attribute is typically lower than the price attribute, with the difference
representing the profit margin.

Value of 0 may be used for digital products with no marginal cost or promotional
items.
