Delete a folder and any unpublished content and nested folders inside it. It's only possible to delete folders that don't have published content inside, and that don't have nested folders with published content inside. Note that this behavior is slightly different than the same operation in the UI, where the folder has to be completely empty to be deleted (even unpublished content will prevent deleting a folder in the UI)
