Visual Builder

Enhanced design capabilities in Visual Builder give you more control over email presentation and interactivity:

  • Custom HTML head for emails: Add metadata, favicons, or stylesheets directly to your email HTML head for enhanced styling and inbox presentation.
  • Content area padding: Adjust padding around content inside any row for greater design flexibility and control.
  • Button hover effects: Design both standard button view and hover view that appears when viewers move their cursor over buttons in emails, pages, or pop-ups.
  • Image title attributes: Define title attributes for images to improve accessibility and provide additional context.

These updates deliver more precise control over your email designs and enhanced user experience across all touchpoints.

Customer profile time zones and silent hours

Set up time zones in Project settings and features like silent hours can automatically adjust to each customer's location. Learn more about customer profile time zones and how to use them in silent hours.

  • Configure time zones once and use them to send campaigns at the right time. Each customer gets messages at the right time in their local zone. Use time zone settings to adjust silent hours to individual customers' time zones automatically. Comply with regional requirements for SMS quiet hours without complicated scenario setup.
  • Choose from US, EU, or combined templates for instant setup. Or use your existing customer properties or segments for time zone mappings.

Multiple devices push notifications

Send push notifications to all of a customer's active devices to maximize reach and improve engagement rates:

  • Reach customers on all their devices: Target up to 3 devices per platform to ensure your messages reach customers on whichever device they're currently using.
  • Improve campaign performance: Increase open rates and conversion by delivering notifications to all active devices instead of just one.
  • Understand device preferences: Track engagement at the device level to gain insights into how customers interact with your app across different devices.

Choose between targeting the most recently used device or all active devices directly in your push notification campaign settings.

Email deliverability dashboard

Channel performance now includes the Email deliverability dashboard, giving you complete visibility into your email delivery health alongside revenue and engagement metrics. Use this dashboard to optimize your email delivery:

  • Monitor delivery trends: Track your main deliverability metrics and how delivery rates change over time.
  • Track infrastructure performance: Identify if specific mailbox providers, sending IPs, or integrations are underperforming compared to others.
  • Diagnose bounce patterns: Review bounce patterns and understand which types of bounce reasons you're dealing with.
  • Monitor delivery speed: Track how quickly different providers deliver your emails and adjust sending strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain audience health: Identify disengaged contacts who need re-engagement campaigns or exclusion from regular sends to protect your sender reputation.

Android SDK

Enhanced push notification documentation and security improvements with our latest Android SDK releases:

Android SDK 4.8.0

  • Push notification documentation: Documents push notification updates including notification_state event as new token tracking method, Application ID configuration, and migration requirements for Multiple mobile apps feature.

Android SDK 4.8.1

  • Example app updates: Updates Example App's application ID and FCM/HMS integration configuration.
  • PGP signing key rotation: Rotates PGP signing key used to verify SDK artifacts. The new key fingerprint is 01B5A1F68CA08B2739B0B959FFC874BE1DE5B6CC (available at keyserver.ubuntu.com). All artifacts from version 4.8.1 onward are signed with this new key.

iOS SDK

Enhanced push notification documentation and stability improvements with our latest iOS SDK 3.9.0:

  • Push notification documentation: Documents push notification updates including notification_state event as new token tracking method, Application ID configuration, and migration requirements for Multiple mobile apps feature.
  • In-app message stability: Fixes crash that occurs when in-app message has 3 buttons.
  • Image rendering: Fixes incorrect push notification image aspect ratio.
  • Wrapper compatibility: Fixes crash in SDK wrappers when in-app message with stop integration action is called.

React Native SDK

Enhanced platform support and security improvements with our latest React Native SDK 2.5.0:

  • Multiple mobile apps support: Adds support for Multiple mobile apps/devices feature.
  • Platform compatibility: Adds support for React Native 0.81.4 and newer versions.
  • Timestamp tracking: Replaces age with timestamp for tracked events.
  • Security fix: Fixes vulnerability for HTTP response header manipulation.
  • Dependency updates: Upgrades dependencies, including brace library, to address security vulnerability.

Flutter SDK

Enhanced mobile app management and native SDK improvements with our latest Flutter SDK releases:

Flutter SDK 2.3.0

  • Multiple mobile apps support: Adds support for Multiple mobile apps/devices feature.
  • Timestamp tracking: Replaces age with timestamp in specific requests.
  • Native SDK upgrades: Updates native Android SDK to version 4.7.0 and iOS SDK to version 3.8.2.
  • Documentation improvements: Expands integration section with checklist to help users navigate between multiple steps in documentation.
  • SwiftUI compatibility: Makes SwiftExponeaPlugin.continueUserActivity public.

Flutter SDK 2.4.0

  • Push notification documentation: Documents push notification updates including notification_state event as new token tracking method, Application ID configuration, and migration requirements for Multiple mobile apps feature.
