Add scroll bars to the overview dashboard.
In the overview dashboard, cancellations are done now per target language, instead of on document submission level. Implemented in the GlobalLink connector as well.
Fix support for country variants of languages, e.g. sending translations between en_US and en_UK locales.
Fix for when a single translation request is cancelled in GlobalLink, all target languages are cancelled in the CMS.
Fix UI bug in the document view based dialog, where clicking the checkbox directly makes change twice, leaving it unchanged.

Automatically retry submission after failure. Introduction of a new scheduler job 'RetryTranslationRequests' that tries to re-send requests for translation to the external system. It is disabled by default, see also the configuration page.
GlobalLink connector: if a submission is re-opened in GlobalLink, it is now automatically retrieved into the repository without any manual intervention.
GlobalLink connector: if a submission is cancelled in GlobalLink, the status in the CMS will be "cancelled" as well.
