Analyze Visitors

This Bloomreach Experience Manager feature requires a standard or premium license. Please contact Bloomreach for more information.

Analyzing the visitors to your channels is the first step towards creating relevant experiences.

Open the Audiences perspective.

The Realtime tab is opened by default:

In the top right corner you can either turn on live updates by clicking on Live updates: OFF, or refresh the list of visitors by clicking on the refresh icon:

The left column shows a list of most recent visitors, their best-matching segment (if any), and the two-letter code of the country they are visiting from:

Select a visitor from the list.

Geographic Location in the bottom left corner shows the visitor's exact location on a map:

Journey in the middle column shows the pages this visitor has visited most recently:

The Store buttons can be used to store a page visit as a target group for the characteristic 'has visited (web page)'.

Matching segments in the top right corner will show which segment or segments the visitor matches, if any. If the visitor matches multiple segments, the best-matching (based on a scoring mechanism) will be chosen.

Visitor Characteristics in the bottom right corner shows a list of characteristics that can be determined about the visitor:

The Store buttons can be used to store a characteristic as a target group.

Depending on how Bloomreach Experience Manager is implemented in your organization, the Realtime tab may show additional information about visitors, such as Interest in Hippo's live demo:
